Job Purpose: Marketing Manager in Canada for OnX Enterprise Solutions Inc.
Essential Functions:
Field Marketing Leadership: Drive marketing strategies and tactics tailored to the Canadian market, leveraging insights from local trends and customer behavior. Assist with the execution of live events with precision and attention to detail.
The manger will act as the primary marketing contact for Canadian Account Managers and leadership team, ensuring requests are addressed promptly and routed to the appropriate team members.
Sales-Marketing Alignment: Take full ownership of the marketing relationship with the sales team, fostering collaboration to enhance regional marketing initiatives.
Create cohesive and impactful customer-facing narratives that align closely with sales goals and messaging. Serve as the bridge between sales objectives and marketing deliverables.
B2B Narrative Development: Craft compelling B2B marketing communications that resonate with diverse audiences within the IT services and technology sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for storytelling that highlights OnX’s value proposition, creating narratives that support sales efforts while showcasing the company’s unique industry expertise.
Creative Content Creation: Develop and translate customer-facing narratives into engaging digital content, including PowerPoint presentations, graphical representations, written copy, articles, and videos.
Outstanding attention to detail as well as natural creativity are essential for this role, as the manager will be tasked with producing content that captures attention and drives action.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as email, social media, and websites, and organize impactful virtual events.
The candidate must have a solid understanding of modern digital marketing tools and tactics to deliver measurable results in customer proposal engagement and lead generation.
Industry Knowledge and Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of the IT services industry, its trends, and its competitive landscape.
