Software Engineer – Service Intelligence

Seeking a full-stack Software Engineer to support and enhance a mission-critical Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and related tools. The role focuses on data integration, front-end UX improvements, and backend scalability to support IT and security operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain CMDB front-end and back-end
• Improve data integrations and UI/UX
• Drive innovation to enhance IT service delivery

Requirements:

• 6+ years of full-stack web development
• Experience with SvelteKit, TailwindCSS, REST APIs, Python, Docker, and Linux
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Skilled in SQL/NoSQL and Azure cloud services

Preferred:

• Familiarity with CMDB, ITIL, and IT infrastructure
• Experience with ETL, data modeling, and analytics
