Join our client's team as a Product Designer, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing patient experience support programs. You'll collaborate with product teams to craft seamless experiences for a diverse range of personas, including healthcare professionals, patients, call center agents, nurse navigators, and field reimbursement managers.

This is a REMOTE opportunity through the end of 2025, with strong likelihood to extend.

Required Experience:

Background in pharmaceutical or healthcare support ecosystems.
Experience with Salesforce platform design or similar enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design for Connected Experiences: Develop intuitive, user-centered designs that cater to the needs of healthcare professionals, patients, and support staff across various touch-points.
Collaboration & Facilitation: Lead ideation workshops with cross-functional teams to generate ideas, define hypotheses, and prioritize opportunities. Work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to align on objectives and solutions.
Agile Design & Delivery: Transform concepts into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma. Validate design hypotheses through testing, capturing insights to refine solutions. Collaborate with development teams to ensure designs are accurately implemented within agile workflows.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer, preferably within healthcare, pharma, or patient experience support programs.
Proficiency in Figma for design and collaboration.
Experience designing for multiple personas and complex systems.
Skilled in facilitating ideation workshops and integrating feedback into iterative design processes.
Familiarity with agile product development practices.
