We’re looking to hire a Senior Graphic Designer for a nonprofit healthcare organization. You’ll join the Creative Services team, leading the design, concepting and execution across print, digital, and event collateral.

This is a fully remote opportunity up to 40 hours a week and up to 6 months! The person selected must be able to work EST or CST hours.

Senior Designer Responsibilities:

• Actively mentor and develop other designers

• Be the go-to resource for technical and creative design questions

• Keep the team informed on new technologies, techniques, and trends

• Event support and project transition planning

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of Graphic Design or Art Direction experience

• Experience in the Nonprofit, or Event Space

• A portfolio site, that highlights print, digital, and event projects

• Proficiency in in Adobe Creative Suite skills: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Aftereffects

• Experience with communication with cross-functional teams

• Experience developing mood boards, event branding, and event collateral: (arrival, signage, staging, print materials, gifts)

• BFA or BA in Graphic Design or related fields

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in the Healthcare, Philanthropy, Foundations Space

• Experience working in a regulated industry

• Presentation Design or Visual Presentation experience

• Experience with benefactor/donor proposal design strongly preferred
