Join our client's team as a dynamic contributor in Marketing Communications, where your expertise will drive impactful communication strategies and performance insights. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless data collection and reporting, fostering growth, and enhancing marketing initiatives.
This is a full-time, 12-month W-2 contract opportunity that is fully remote for U.S.-based candidates only (no C2C). The application deadline is Monday, June 30th, 2025.
Marketing Communications Specialist 2 Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Reporting: Gather and analyze data from various dashboards to create comprehensive weekly performance reports for leadership.
- Growth Initiatives: Maintain and update trackers for Fuel For Growth and Momentum initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate status updates.
- Event Collaboration: Work closely with the Global Growth Marketing team to coordinate Solutions In Motion Roadshows, ensuring successful execution and regular reporting.
- Quarterly Business Reviews: Attend national QBRs, summarize findings, and report data insights to enhance business standardization efforts.
- Performance Analysis: Develop detailed reports on asset behavior, sales performance, and funnel engagement activities across different regions and territories.
- Competitive Analysis: Assist in the preparation of competitive conversion templates and cost calculations, contributing to monthly review decks.
Marketing Communications Specialist 2 Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years in Marketing and Communications, with a focus on data analysis.
- Strong written communication skills (drafting weekly/biweekly performance reports, updates, and summaries)
- Ability to collect, organize, and summarize data from multiple sources
- Collaboration skills – working with Global Growth Marketing and cross-functional teams
- Comfort using dashboards, trackers, and templates (could be Excel, PowerPoint, CRM or reporting tools)
- Attention to detail for preparing competitive conversion templates, cost calculations, and monthly decks
- Ability to present data insights by area, region, territory, and across different business lines
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
