A leading outdoor apparel brand is seeking a detail-oriented Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to lead the discovery phase of a platform consolidation and lifecycle marketing rebuild. This role will focus on aligning Klaviyo and Attentive systems, assessing the impact of consolidation, and identifying gaps in current lifecycle flows to support a more integrated, cross-channel customer experience.
Lifecycle Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
Platform Consolidation Planning:
- Consolidate and deduplicate subscriber lists across Klaviyo and Attentive.
- Align preference centers for email and SMS compliance and consent management.
- Sender domains and short code planning.
- Account settings, integrations, and compliance considerations for both platforms .
- Cross-channel coordination (e.g., shared triggers, suppression logic, and timing) .
- Account for Amperity feed dependencies.
Impact Assessment:
- Evaluate projected contact volume & analyze messaging frequency for billing implications.
- Identify any deliverability concerns or reputation management across channels
- Identify reporting and analytics improvements or limitations.
- Flag potential risks or disruptions during migration.
Lifecycle Rebuild Planning:
- Audit current email and SMS flows for rebuild needs.
- Identify missing or outdated events to trigger flows.
- Assess creative asset needs (copy/design).
- Identify flow builds or edits required to replicate existing programs
Lifecycle Marketing Specialist Qualifications:
- Strong experience in CRM, automation set up, or lifecycle marketing.
- Familiarity with Klaviyo, Attentive, and CDPs.
- Strong understanding of MarTech
- Detail-oriented with excellent project management and communication skills.
- Available for life of the project.
- Can work remote from anywhere, but must work Pacific Time Zone.
