We’re looking to hire a Experiential Graphic Designer for a Fortune 500 global client. Teams are very collaborative and have a passion for creating cutting edge customer experiences.
Our direct Fortune 500 client is looking for someone to join the Events team to drive the seamless integration of corporate brand experience across a diverse portfolio of internal and client-facing events.
This is a 3-6 – month contract + possible extension. The team is located across the United States, and the role is fully remote. Onward Search provides benefits for 40 hour work week and weekly paychecks (W2) for duration of the contract.
Experiential Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end visual design of employee events, ensuring a cohesive and memorable brand presence from the moment attendees arrive.
- This includes conceptualizing and executing designs for registration materials, signage, environmental branding, and cutting-edge experiential installations.
- A key focus will be on leveraging movement and dynamic design principles to create engaging and immersive brand interactions.
- You will have a deep understanding of experiential branding and marketing, with the ability to translate strategic objectives into tangible visual solutions that resonate with internal audiences.
- Collaborate with Art Directors, Cross-Disciplinary Teams to develop and execute compelling design solutions for Client's forthcoming corporate events.
- Develop creative briefs, storyboards and layouts for event and experiential deliverables including signage, branding, digital & interactive and static presentations, registration banners, etc.
- Trade Show Booth Design is not part of this role
- Opportunity to travel onsite to support the live events
Experiential Graphic Designer Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related discipline.
- Digital portfolio demonstrating outstanding conceptual thinking and design skills.
- 5 + years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in Event Design.
- Experience working in a matrixed agency or an in-house team.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
- Ability to develop creative briefs, mood and image boards.
- Ability to strategize and lead ideation sessions with creative colleagues and clients.
- Understanding of digital media and print design.
