Our client, a Skincare Brand, is looking for a DTC Marketing Director to join their team!
You must have a background in beauty or fashion to be considered for this role.
This is a fully remote role for anyone living in the following states:

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university related to marketing or business administration or 5+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in marketing program management (e.g., catalog, email, digital advertising, social media etc.)
- Supervisory Experience: 8+ years of management experience, particularly with handling multiple vendors and third-party partners
- Industry Experience: 8+ years prior direct response and direct to consumer experience, preferably within a consumer products business
- Business Strategy: Proficient in business strategies with proven experience in successfully developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns, with proven ability in budgeting and cost management.
- Project Management: Strong project management, multi-tasking and decision-making skills required to ensure team is meeting deliverable scope within specified timelines. Must have a creative and business mindset to manage team objectives
- Adaptability: Willingness to be hands-on and prior small business experience is a plus
- Initiative: Must be a self-starter and able to work independently as part of a remote team yet collaborative with other team members as needed
- Communication Skills: Excellent written, visual and verbal communication skills. Some copywriting required.
- Creativity/Analytical: Metric-driven with an eye for creativity. Creative concepting is required and must be comfortable in reviewing and analyzing results data in a variety of reporting tools.
- Software Skills: Proficient in using office software and technology. Knowledge of social media platforms and project management software is required. Must have Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills. Knowledge of analytic tools and use of pivot tables is preferred.
