About the role

We're hiring a developer who can take an idea all the way to shipped, working software – using AI as a genuine part of the workflow, not just a chat window on the side.

You'll own the software you build end-to-end: designing AI-driven workflows and validation checks, keeping quality high, watching how things perform in production, and constantly refining both the product and the AI-assisted process behind it.

What we are looking for in our developer

• Background in Ruby on Rails or a comparable back-end language/framework.
• Strong SQL skills – schema design and complex queries are second nature to you.
• A natural habit of testing your own work and real pride in shipping quality code.
• Concrete, hands-on experience using AI systematically for end-to-end work, with results you can point to.
