Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven META Ads Expert and Google Ads Expert with a proven track record in managing successful campaigns for SaaS products targeting the U.S. market. You will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and scaling paid digital campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes, from lead generation to sales conversions. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of both platforms, SaaS marketing trends, and the ability to analyze data to continuously improve performance.
Key Responsibilities
- META Ads (Facebook & Instagram):
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns for customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure compelling ad visuals and copy.
- Manage ad budgets, test various ad creatives, and optimize ad performance based on analytics.
- Utilize advanced audience segmentation and retargeting strategies to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance across all META platforms, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube):
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for SaaS products, focusing on high-intent keywords, paid search, display, and remarketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing page performance.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to increase CTR and reduce CPA.
- Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Data-Driven Strategy:
- Leverage Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track and measure the performance of all paid media campaigns.
- Analyze conversion metrics, cost-per-lead (CPL), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS) to continuously improve results.
- Optimize the entire user journey from awareness to conversion, ensuring smooth funnel performance.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with the product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Regularly report campaign performance to senior leadership and provide actionable insights.
Requirements
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in managing META Ads and Google Ads campaigns for SaaS or technology products.
- Proven success in driving measurable results in paid campaigns for the U.S. market.
- Extensive knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and META Ads platforms.
- Experience with SaaS-specific growth strategies (e.g., lead generation, trials, demos, subscription models).
- Skills:
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Editor, and other advertising tools.
- In-depth knowledge of audience segmentation, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative marketing team.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory if experience is strong).
- Additional:
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working in a remote team setting is a plus.
