We are looking for a brilliant Performance Marketing Manager for one of our clients, with experience in performance marketing agencies and/or on e-commerce marketing.

Responsibilities
- Organize your own work independently and managing your operational activities (this is an ‘hands on’ role)
- Coordinate the work and activities of a small team of junior performance marketing specialists
- Establish marketing mix strategy, budget and business goals for the assigned clients with a focus on lead generation
- Create reports & feedback on progress of the campaigns for internal and external stakeholders, including analysis and actionable insights
- Take care of performance marketing operational management (and liaise with other teams when necessary including finance, sales, software development and clients) and develop new processes/internal projects if/when necessary
- Lead and manage the training phase of internal staff and recruitment
- Have a comprehensive view of the business to identify opportunities for streamlining existing business and planning future growth
- Ultimately you are in charge of driving the performance marketing activities for clients and their success in order to retain and grow business with them in the long term
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience as a performance marketing manager (at least 5 years)
- Total work experience of 5-10 years (background in digital agency is a must)
- At least 1 year of People management experience (lead by example)
- Experience with Search adv, Display, PMax, Video adv, Tag creation (GTM), Triggers, Variables within GA4, create personalized reports in Google Analytics 4, create and optimize Landing pages and CRO work.
- Demonstrated track record in managing adv budget of at least €10K/month with focus on lead generation campaigns
- Grit and drive are a must
- Down-to-earth and 'hands on' approach, reliable, smart and well organized person
- Knowledge of the English language (at least C1 level)
Nice to have:
- Microdata analysis to research possible new angles for ads copy
- Knowledge of a major marketing automation platform (Sendinblue, Mailchimp, Activecampaign, Hubspot, or similar)
- Knowledge of an automation tool (Landbot, Zapier, Make, or similar)
- Report creation in Looker Studio
