On behalf of one of our clients – a fast-growing B2B startup in the industrial tech sector – we are looking for a Marketing Manager with a strong full-stack background and at least 4 years of experience in managing performance marketing and content-driven strategies.

🚀 What You’ll Do
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing the full marketing funnel, with a particular focus on lead generation and campaign optimization across channels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Plan, manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta).
- Develop and lead content marketing strategies that attract and convert leads.
- Oversee and analyze social media campaigns (organic + paid).
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and goals.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify growth opportunities and bring strategic marketing ideas to the table.
- Manage freelancers or agencies when needed.
🎯 Your Profile
- 4+ years of full-stack marketing experience (paid media + content + lead generation).
- Proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email automation tools.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- Strategic mindset paired with analytical skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first team.
