About the Role
Online Stores is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance-driven initiatives across email, affiliate, SEO, content marketing, and digital user acquisition. You’ll support the growth of traffic and brand visibility across our multi-brand eCommerce portfolio (United States Flag Store, Safety Gear, PlasticPlace, Northline Express, English Tea Store, and LightUp). Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll shape the cross-channel marketing roadmap and execute programs that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage email marketing campaigns (promotional, triggered, lifecycle).
• Coordinate email calendars, segmentation strategies, and A/B testing.
• Analyze performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
• Support daily affiliate marketing operations and partner with vendors.
• Monitor affiliate dashboards; recruit and optimize affiliates.
• Oversee SEO audits, content briefs, link-building initiatives.
• Maintain editorial calendars and optimize existing content.
• Draft and edit copy for campaigns, blogs, and web pages.
• Collaborate on PR campaigns, seasonal promotions, and launches.
• Coordinate marketing calendars, campaign trackers, and deliverables.
• Ensure quality assurance across all digital marketing channels.
Requirements
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience in eCommerce (multi-brand or DTC preferred).
• Proficiency in Klaviyo, Google Analytics (GA4), ShareASale, Impact, and CMS/blog tools.
• Strong understanding of SEO, email best practices, and user acquisition strategies.
• Organized and experienced in managing multiple projects across teams.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bonus: Experience with Shopify, NetSuite, and digital asset management systems.
