Early-stage AI product · EU remote · full ownership

We’ve already built the product.

It connects multiple public data sources (real estate, fire risk, demographics, weather, etc.) into one intelligence layer and answers complex questions across them.

It works. It’s live.

Now we need to turn it into revenue.

This role is simple to describe, hard to do:

👉 figure out who pays for this

👉 go out and sell it

👉 bring back what’s missing to close deals

What matters most here:

you’re in the driver’s seat

• you define the market
• you decide how to sell
• you run experiments
• you shape positioning

From our side — you get support and budget to execute.

What you’ll do:

• test and find high-value segments (B2B first)
• run outbound and talk to decision-makers
• demo the product and close first customers
• define positioning and pricing
• work directly with product to unblock deals

You’ll likely enjoy this if:

• you’ve worked in early-stage startups or built something yourself
• you’ve sold complex / technical products (data, AI, infra)
• you’re comfortable with ambiguity and zero structure
• you like making decisions and owning outcomes

Setup:

• full-time
• remote (EU timezone)
• small team (4 people)
• B2B contract (Dubai entity for now)

We’re a distributed team with strong Eastern European roots.
