About The Role
Onfleet is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager (IC6) to lead and execute product marketing strategies that sharpen positioning, drive go-to-market success, and ultimately fuel growth for the busienss. As a strategic individual contributor, you will both own the development and execution of product marketing plans from end-to-end and represent your function in leadership conversations. You will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, Success, and Marketing—bringing the voice of the customer into everything we do.
This role is for a seasoned product marketer who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty and is energized by the full breadth of the PMM discipline—from shaping the story to driving end user adoption. You’ve supported product launches and driven sales enablement in dynamic B2B SaaS environments. You bring structure and strategy, but also hustle and heart.
What You'll Do
Drive Go-to-Market Strategy
Own the end-to-end product launch process, from strategic positioning and internal enablement to external messaging, demand generation, and PR/AR.
Build and maintain scalable GTM playbooks to align cross-functional teams on launch goals and execution plans.
Assess and scope launch impact and tailor activities accordingly—whether it’s a minor release or a major innovation.
Develop Positioning & Messaging
Own the positioning and messaging framework for our platform and core features—ensuring it resonates with target personas and differentiates us in a competitive market.
Turn complex product features into compelling narratives that resonate with customers.
Lead cross-functional messaging workshops to align teams around our value narrative.
Partner with leadership to shape our strategic narrative in the market.
Champion the Voice of the Customer
Conduct ongoing customer and prospect interviews, win/loss analyses, and persona/JTBD research to drive strategy.
Surface customer stories, needs, and objections to help influence product roadmap, sales enablement, and marketing campaigns.
Become an Onfleet superuser and advocate—deeply understanding our product, personas, and value prop.
Enable Go-To-Market Teams
Act as the glue that maintains consistent messaging across Marketing, Sales, and CS and collaborate with them to integrate messaging into real-world conversations.
Collaborate with the broader marketing team on campaign content, demand-gen, and field activities
Build and maintain a robust set of sales enablement tools (e.g., battle cards, objection handling guides, product one-pagers, demo scripts).
Partner on training and onboarding programs to ensure go-to-market readiness for every new feature.
Partner with Product
Act as the strategic liaison between Product and Go-to-Market—translating roadmaps and features into customer value.
Provide input into pricing, packaging, and segmentation strategies based on customer needs and competitive landscape.
Analyze the Competitive Landscape:
Conduct ongoing competitive research to identify market trends, emerging threats, and whitespace opportunities.
Develop and maintain battle cards, competitive one-pagers, and internal briefs to arm GTM teams with insights that drive differentiation and influence strategy.
Build the PMM Foundation
Define and scale PMM processes, tools, and templates that set the team up for long-term success.

What We Offer
Compensation: The base salary range for this role is US$96,000-$128,000 and there is a US$10,000-$20,000 annual performance-based incentive bonus.
