🔍 About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer with solid UX/UI design experience, capable of leading the design process from problem definition through to implementation, in close collaboration with the development team.

🎯 Responsibilities

Design user-centered solutions that balance impact, technical feasibility, and business goals.
Create and maintain wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
Design attractive, accessible, and consistent interfaces, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation with developers.
Participate in and facilitate discovery processes: business research, user interviews, and workshops.
Apply qualitative and quantitative research methods to uncover needs and validate hypotheses.
Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback to iterate and improve the user experience.
Collaborate across product, development, and other key teams.
Design, document, and maintain scalable and reusable design systems.

✅ What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience designing digital products.
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, among others.
Strong visual design skills, user empathy, and systems thinking.
Experience in user research and validation processes.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A high degree of autonomy, proactiveness, and a passion for learning and sharing knowledge.
Bonus: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and TailwindCSS to enhance collaboration with developers.
Plus: Curiosity or experience in applying AI to design or product development.
Good level of English
