The Role

We’re looking for a passionate, creative User Experience Designer to lead UX/UI across our e-commerce ecosystem. You’ll own the look, feel, and function of our website & transactional emails, collaborating across teams to craft intuitive, conversion-focused customer journeys. You’ll ensure every touchpoint across our e-commerce platform is intuitive, visually striking, and furthers our position as a leader in science-backed skin-care products. Your work will directly influence strategic decisions and drive measurable results. Sitting on the e-commerce team, this is a key role with real ownership and the opportunity to make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Do

• Design and optimize user flows, landing pages, and mobile-first interfaces across our website and customer-facing apps
• Create thoughtful, high-performing UX for transactional emails that enhance the customer journey
• Translate our brand into scalable, systemized digital components that elevate the overall experience
• Partner with marketing and development teams to launch campaigns and features that move the needle on key metrics (CVR, LTV, AOV, CX contact rate)
• Use data, testing, and user insights to continuously refine and improve the experience
• Think holistically about the experience design across the full customer journey—from first click to post-purchase
• Balance deep, strategic thinking with agile, fast-paced execution
• Champion inclusive design practices that foster a sense of belonging for all users
• Ensure that all designs meet accessibility best practices, maintaining a high accessibility score

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of e-commerce/digital product design experience (DTC preferred)
• Deep experience with end-to-end mapping, facilitating sessions like Design Sprints, conducting competitive analysis, and leading rapid concepting and prototyping
• Experience leading the product design process and building strong cross-functional partnerships
• Excellent visual and interaction design skills and a keen understanding of trends in the marketplace
• A strong strategic mindset and a systems-thinking approach
• A skilled, change-making mindset of thinking big and challenging the status quo
• An inclusive mindset, leading with accessibility oriented solutions in design
• Fluency in Figma and modern design tools
• Understanding of UX best practices, responsive design, and conversion principles
• Bonus: Shopify Liquid, motion design, or CRM/email experience
