The Role
We are looking for a highly technical Digital Marketing & Growth Strategist who is equal parts architect and builder. You will lead the strategy for acquiring new pharmacy partners (B2B) while simultaneously building the localized digital marketing systems we deploy for our pharmacy clients (B2C).
This is not a traditional, manual marketing role. You will be expected to leverage AI and advanced automation platforms to scale our efforts, turning complex workflows into seamless acquisition engines. You will work at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and growth, ensuring our campaigns are aggressive, data-driven, and fully compliant with provincial pharmacy regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Architect Growth Automations: Design and physically build complex marketing workflows using n8n and Zapier. You will connect CRMs, lead forms, and patient communication tools via webhooks and APIs to eliminate manual data entry.
Master Local & Clinical SEO: Develop and execute high-level SEO strategies grounded in YMYL (Your Money or Your Life) standards. Focus heavily on Google Business Profiles to ensure our partner pharmacies dominate the local "Map Pack" for high-intent services (e.g., minor ailment prescribing, travel clinics, injections).
AI & Multimedia Content Scaling: Build programmatic content systems using AI tools (Claude, GPT-4, etc.). Take raw multimedia—like short-form video interviews with pharmacists—and use AI workflows to repurpose them into SEO blogs, social clips, and newsletters at scale.
Full-Funnel Campaign Management: Plan and execute targeted paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, Meta) that drive measurable ROI.
Navigate Healthcare Compliance: Ensure all digital strategies, ad copy, and localized content adhere to strict provincial college advertising guidelines (such as ACP regulations) and patient privacy standards.
Data & Analytics: Design integrated dashboards that track the entire lifecycle of a lead, from the first digital impression to a booked clinical consultation or signed B2B contract.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 4+ years as a Growth Strategist, Technical Marketer, or SEO Lead, ideally with exposure to B2B SaaS, agency environments, or healthcare.
Automation Fluency: Deep, hands-on experience building multi-step automations in n8n (preferred) or Zapier. You should be comfortable working with JSON, APIs, and troubleshooting webhooks.
AI-Native Workflow: You don't just use AI as a chatbot; you integrate it into your daily production stack for programmatic SEO, data enrichment, and content distribution.
SEO Expertise: Strong grasp of technical SEO, semantic search, schema markup, and the specific trust signals required for medical/health-related ranking.
Entrepreneurial DNA: You are a systems thinker who enjoys the "builder" phase of a growing division. You prefer engineering a solution over executing a repetitive task.
Industry Nuance: An understanding of the independent pharmacy landscape and the nuances of marketing regulated clinical services is a massive plus.
