This is a remote position open for Bangalore, Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Pune, and Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- GTM Strategy Development: Create and execute go-to-market plans for Agentic AI product launches and expansions.
- Messaging & Positioning: Develop clear, differentiated product messaging for various customer segments.
- Product Marketing Management (PMM): Develop and manage marketing campaigns across channels (digital, events, content, etc.) to drive product awareness and adoption. Create product marketing assets, actionable templates, and other collateral to support GTM teams.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Design to execute product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Enablement: Train and support sales teams with relevant PMM assets and guidance. Educate internal teams on product features, benefits, and positioning to enable effective customer interactions.
- Performance Analysis: Track KPIs and use insights to refine GTM and marketing strategies. Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies based on data and feedback.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology. Preferably an MBA, with at least five 5 years of product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS organization.
- Should have prior experience in product marketing of AI software products.
- Technical understanding of at least a few AI technologies, such as machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), deep learning, computer vision, RPA & intelligent automation, and generative AI.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical skills to set up tracking/reporting mechanisms for measuring outcomes against KPIs.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Self starter who can experiment and iterate fast for new initiatives.
