About the Role:
This role is at the intersection of product, marketing strategy, and operations, focusing on building scalable GTM motions and processes to drive efficient go-to-market (GTM) strategies. This position requires a blend of marketing and technical expertise, strategic thinking, and program management skills to execute rapid testing, iterate on new marketing strategies/channels/campaigns, and deliver measurable results. This is a remote position open for Bangalore (primary location); other locations could be Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
GTM Strategy & Execution
- Work with product marketing to identify target customer segments, personas, and market opportunities through data analysis and market research. Execute comprehensive GTM strategies based on tailored marketing channels (paid digital, email, content, events etc.) and campaigns, and in collaboration with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, Business development, and Customer Success teams.
- Analyze data from marketing campaigns to identify areas of improvement and optimize future strategies. Regularly present performance insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Focus on implementing and optimizing the marketing tech stack (e.g., CRM, marketing automation tools) to support GTM strategies and automation of workflows for lead scoring, nurturing, and routing to sales teams.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting key customer segments.
- Lead end-to-end email campaigns, webinars, events, and other key marketing initiatives.
- Conduct rapid testing and iteration of marketing strategies to identify high-performing tactics.
Program & Vendor Management
- Execute cross-functional programs and multi-channel campaigns.
- Manage relationships with external vendors (e.g., event organizers, webinar platforms) to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, customer success) to align on GTM objectives. Foster collaboration to address blockers and optimize processes for successful GTM and marketing programs.
Events & Webinars
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person events that align with business goals.
- Leverage event data for follow-up campaigns to maximize ROI.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in technology/engineering or a related field, ideally from Tier 1 institutes (IITs, NITs, IIITs etc.). An MBA would be an advantage. At least four (4) years of professional marketing experience in a B2B SaaS organization. Overall professional experience of at least 5 years, but not more than 8 years.
- Sound understanding and practical experience of at least two of the following marketing motions/channels: GTM marketing/demand generation, digital marketing, product and content marketing, events, and marketing ops & automation.
- Sound understanding and experience of Marketing Ops and automation tools would be an advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience running demand generation campaigns across different marketing channels for large- and medium-sized enterprises, ideally across the US, Western Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions.
- Capability of building and executing comprehensive campaign strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Go getter attitude, analytical skills to set up tracking/reporting mechanisms for measuring outcomes against KPIs. Self starter who can experiment and iterate fast for new initiatives.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Travel to Bangalore for up to two days per month in case you are based in other locations.
