Team Lead Digital Marketing

Your Responsibilities

• You’ll lead and inspire our digital marketing team, providing ongoing feedback and fostering professional growth.
• Working closely with company leadership, you develop and implement the comprehensive marketing strategy for our organization, selecting the right marketing channels, communication concepts, and audience-specific initiatives to match.
• You are responsible for ongoing monitoring and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs), creating insightful reports, and preparing in-depth analyses (using tools like Google Analytics and other tracking tools).
• You oversee the strategic planning, operational management, and budget control for our performance marketing channels (such as SEA, SEO, social ads, and display).
• You play a key role in the data-driven optimization of our performance marketing campaigns, with the goal of increasing efficiency, optimizing conversions, and achieving our marketing objectives (CPA, ROAS, etc.).
• With your deep expertise in brand and performance marketing, you help build our brand and expand our reach through creative ideas and data-driven strategies.
• You’ll also take ownership of areas such as Meta Ads, content production, email marketing, PR, SEO, and social media.
• Additionally, you act as a point of contact between other departments and external service providers.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in a relevant field (such as business, media or communications, e-commerce) or have comparable training.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in online marketing with a focus on performance, preferably in an international environment.
• Ideally, you already have experience in the B2B SaaS sector.
• You have successfully led a team and motivated them to achieve top performance.
• You can demonstrate concrete successes in performance marketing and campaign management.
• You are passionate about data-driven processes and have excellent knowledge of various performance marketing channels, quickly identifying weaknesses and optimization opportunities.
• You possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and strong interpersonal abilities.
• You’re a highly organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• You have excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
• German language skills are beneficial
• You’re hands-on, curious, and not afraid to try new approaches to drive results.
