Our tech stack includes Node.js, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, Kafka, LitElement, and more.

What We’re Building

We’re growing and need to make sure our platform can scale. This means reworking parts of our Node.js codebase, creating solid system designs, and building infrastructure to support automatic provisioning of development environments, ensuring low downtime and high performance.

What You’ll Do

Design and build scalable backend systems

Refactor and extend our Node.js application

Build and maintain infrastructure for monitoring, alerting, auto-deployment, and CI/CD

Help with architecture and system design for high-availability services

Work with a fast-moving team with broad full-stack experience

What We’re Looking For

Proven backend or system engineering experience (5+ years preferred)

Strong understanding of containers and Docker workflows

Solid knowledge of database design and performance

Experience designing and running production infrastructure

Nice to Have

Experience with message-driven systems like Kafka

Experience with enterprise-scale platforms

Experience with PostgreSQL

Experience with Node.js

Location

This is a remote role for Serbia-based candidates, with potential to become hybrid in Belgrade as the team grows. We’re flexible but value occasional in-person meetings.
