It functions as both a fundraising and governance solution, enabling businesses to manage shareholder activities, conduct compliant investor onboarding, and facilitate transparent voting—all within a secure, blockchain-based environment.

About the Role: Our Front end team is growing, and we are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join our growing team, with a strong foundation in coding, frontend frameworks, and web security. The ideal candidate is committed to designing intuitive, responsive user interfaces and is motivated to deliver seamless, high-quality digital experiences. The role involves close collaboration with UI/UX designers and backend developers to create cohesive, user-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using modern front-end frameworks (e.g.,

React, HTML, CSS, Vue, or Angular).

• Collaborate with UI/UX designer and backend developers to ensure seamless integration of APIs and backend

services.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices and modern development standards.
• Optimize application performance for speed and scalability across different browsers and devices.
• Implement and uphold security standards for frontend applications (e.g., XSS protection, CSRF prevention).
• Conduct thorough code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure quality and reliability.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in frontend development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with one or more frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration.
• Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
• Understanding of web application security principles and implementation.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience with Web3, blockchain technologies, or fintech platforms.
• Proficiency with Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first CSS frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software development workflows.
• Working knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or similar tools.
