What You'll Do (Role Description)

This is a full-time remote role for a Content Marketing Specialist. You’ll be responsible for creating and distributing content that fuels engagement, conversions, and brand growth. This is a hands‑on role combining copywriting, creative design, and social media execution.

The role also involves monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

Copywriting & Content Creation

• Research and Write blog articles, eBooks, landing pages, website copy, ad copy, and other marketing assets.
• Develop SEO‑optimized titles, meta descriptions, and content that aligns with client goals.

Social Media Content

• Plan, write, and design posts across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Create visuals and edit short‑form video content; schedule and manage posts via social tools.

Content Strategy & Planning

• Collaborate with account managers and strategists to develop editorial calendars and campaign concepts.
• Ensure all content reflects each client’s brand voice and is optimized for its intended channel.

Performance & Optimization

• Track content performance and make recommendations to increase engagement and ROI.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and emerging platforms.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

• 3+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or social media marketing (agency experience is a plus).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a sharp eye for detail.
• Proficiency with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite; comfort with video editing.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and how to write for both humans and search engines.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for great marketing.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong Communication skills
