You're a hybrid marketer who thinks strategically and executes quickly. You care about details and going the extra mile to do it right. You speak both the client's language and the creative language. You're confident, engaging, and bring energy to every client interaction. You actively contribute, connect with clients, and make meetings something clients look forward to.
The Opportunity
Work directly with our Fractional CMO to shape client growth strategies. Competitive hourly rate or retainer based on experience, with opportunity for a full-time role.
What You'll Do
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute marketing strategies with the Founder & Fractional CMO that align with client goals and deliver measurable results
- Research market trends, analyze customer insights, and monitor competition to identify growth opportunities
- Translate marketing goals into actionable plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Build and refine brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans
Campaign Management
- Coordinate multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, webinars, and content
- Set up and monitor basic paid campaigns (Meta, Google) with a strong grasp of metrics
- Oversee email campaign workflows, segmentation, list growth, and performance reporting
- Optimize campaigns for deliverability, engagement, and revenue
Creative & Brand
- Maintain brand identity and messaging consistency across all touchpoints
- Create clean, on-brand graphics in Canva
- Oversee creative asset organization and accessibility
- Support creative concept development and visual direction
Content & Social
- Build content calendars and assist with scripting or outlining content ideas
- Understand platform trends and what performs
- Manage social media strategy and execution
Client & Project Management
- Lead weekly/biweekly client calls with professionalism and warmth
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and genuine connection
- Present work and walk clients through strategy or creative with clarity and enthusiasm
- Gather feedback clearly and translate it into tasks
- Keep projects on time and organized using Monday.com
- Manage workflow and deadlines across marketing initiatives
- Juggle multiple client needs, industries, and tasks while staying organized
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze KPIs with a demand generation-driven, ROI-focused approach
- Compile performance data and present clear summaries and recommendations
- Make data-driven adjustments to optimize results
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- 7+ years in marketing with proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies
- Agency and/or startup experience strongly preferred
- Proficient in marketing tools: HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, WordPress, Canva, Monday.com
- Strong understanding of paid ad platforms (Meta, Google) and analytics
- Experience with CRM systems, email marketing, and lifecycle campaigns

Availability:
