Role Overview
We’re looking for a versatile designer who can deliver high‑quality work across digital and offline media and is curious about how AI and new tools can make creativity sharper, faster, and smarter. You blend strong craft with an experimental mindset, turning briefs into on‑brand, trend‑aware visuals that move the needle.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging assets for social media, emailers, web, print, out‑of‑home, and brand campaigns.
- Translate marketing and product briefs into clear visual concepts, moodboards, and polished deliverables.
- Explore, prototype, and operationalize AI‑assisted workflows (e.g., ideation, layout variations, image/video enhancement, content scaling).
- Build and maintain design systems and brand libraries in Figma/Adobe; ensure consistency across touchpoints.
- Manage multiple projects with agility, hitting deadlines without compromising craft.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, and Growth to ship assets that serve business goals.
- Keep a pulse on design, culture, and digital media trends and proactively feed ideas into the roadmap.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Motion graphics skills (After Effects/Premiere) are a plus.
- Strong fundamentals: typography, layout, color, composition, and brand design.
- Demonstrated trend awareness with the ability to adapt styles for different audiences and channels.
- Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adopt AI‑led tools and new workflows.
- Excellent attention to detail, file hygiene, and versioning; comfort with fast feedback cycles.
- 3–6 years of experience in a studio, agency, or in‑house creative team (flexible for exceptional portfolios).
- Bachelor’s degree in Design/Communication/Visual Arts or equivalent practical experience.
Good to have
- Experience with motion/animation, short‑form video, or 3D/illustration.
- Familiarity with AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT, Stable Diffusion, ElevenLabs, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of no‑code/low‑code tools (Webflow, Framer) or simple front‑end handoff.
- Understanding of performance creatives and how to iterate toward metrics (CPC/CVR/ROAS).
Portfolio
- Please share a portfolio highlighting:
- Brand systems or campaigns showing concept to execution.
- Multi‑format creative (social, email, print/OOH, landing pages) with a short rationale per project.
- Any examples of AI‑assisted workflows or before/after iterations.
Tools:
- Design: Adobe CC, Figma
- Motion/Video (nice‑to‑have): After Effects, Premiere, CapCut
- AI & Automation: Midjourney/Firefly/Stable Diffusion, Runway, ChatGPT, Photoshop Generative Fill, automation via Zapier/Make (nice‑to‑have)
