Position Overview
The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for curation and supporting the execution of comprehensive communication campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and retention. This role requires a strong understanding of omni channel marketing, as well as a commitment to optimizing the customer journey across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will be strategic, data-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional messages, campaigns and customer experiences that differentiate the brand and build lasting loyalty.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience: 5+ years in marketing, campaign management, or customer experience roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position, preferably within the USVI.
Experience in Public Relations is a plus.
Skills
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and experience design.
Proficiency with marketing tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
Data-driven with a keen ability to interpret insights and develop actionable recommendations.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Other Requirements: Proven track record of delivering successful, data-driven marketing campaigns and optimizing customer experiences across multiple channels.
This position can be based in St. Thomas, St. John or St. Croix.
