About The Role

The Senior Software Engineer will be a hands-on technical leader, responsible for guiding feature development, ensuring code quality, and partnering with product and project management teams to drive successful delivery.

_The nature of this role requires access to Protected Health Information (PHI) and critical production systems for timely incident response. Due to strict regulatory and compliance mandates (e.g. HITRUST and HIPAA), this leadership position requires US Citizenship.

_Primary Responsibilities

• Feature Development and Bug Resolution
• Execute assigned User Stories within the sprint timeframe
• Code Review and Mentorship
• Collaborate with Product and Project management on technical implementation details
• On call support for after-hours production deployments
• Production bug triage and mitigation

About You

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar
• This role typically requires 5 - 7 years of relevant experience. Some incumbents may gain these skills or capabilities in other ways and must be demonstrated.
• Required technical expertise includes development using .NET Core/.NET 5+ with C#, experience within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, RESTful Web API development, Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), Azure Cosmos DB, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
• Preferred technical qualifications include experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions - particularly integrations with Service Bus and Cosmos DB - and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Additional preferred skills include experience working within Agile development methodologies, as well as the ability to produce technical diagrams and design documentation.

Our Current Solutions

Through the use of OncoHealth's utilization management system, OneUM, our customers can use a single e-Prior Authorization portal for all oncology drug request and treatments. Our system improves quality of care, reduces provider abrasion and gives health plans visibility into the total cost of oncology treatment.

OncoHealth offers Oncology Insights Pro, an analytic software solution that enables health plans to use data and analytics to improve oncology programs. Using real world data, our engineers normalize data to create analytic dashboards with drill down compatibilities. The data is the paired with expert guidance providing the strategies an insight needed to keep up with the continuing evolving cancer treatment landscape.

OncoHealth offers Pharmacy Consulting services to health plans and pharmaceutical companies. New cancer treatments are entering the market at an unrelenting pace. Since 2018, the FDA approved 121 new cancer applications including 49 novel cancer drug entities. Our Board-Certified Oncology Pharmacologists can help health plans update drug policies, offer utilization management and formulary advice, and development training for staff.
