Join us as a Backend Engineer in the Cloud Vendor team, where you will play a pivotal role in expanding and fortifying cloud coverage in Orca.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, concise code that is stabled, extensible, and unit-tested appropriately
• Diagnose complex issues, evaluate, recommend and execute the best solution
• Enhance and develop expertise in various cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Implement new requirements within our Agile delivery methodology while following our established architectural principles
• Provide input into the architecture and design of the product; collaborating with the team in solving problems the right way
• Test software to ensure proper and efficient execution and adherence to business and technical requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant experience
• 5+ years Python development experience
• Knowledge/Experience designing and implementing data-intensive systems
• Experience in working with at least one cloud vendor from the list: AWS, Azure, GCP
• Solid understanding of concurrency, synchronization, memory management, data structures, algorithms, etc.
• Self-motivated and passionate attitude
• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
• Solid analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Team player mindset and a great sense of humor

Will be a strong plus

• Experience in designing and implementing solutions in micro-service approach
• Knowledge of more than one cloud vendors from the list: AWS, Azure, GCP
• Strong experience working with Kubernetes, Helm
• Understanding of IaC approach and experience in working with IaC providers
