Marketing Manager (Patient Recruitment Manager)

We’re looking for a Patient Recruitment Manager to lead high-performance recruitment campaigns for clinical trials. If you’re an expert in setting up paid and organic marketing campaigns - across social media, search ads, community outreach, and offline channels - we want YOU!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the design and execution of patient recruitment campaigns across both digital and offline channels.
- Build and manage advertising strategies with paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and organic marketing to engage participants.
- Use A/B testing and analytics to optimize campaigns and hit recruitment targets.
- Manage client relationships (biotech, pharma, CROs, research sites), ensuring timely deliverables and strategic support.
- Own budgets, KPIs, and timelines, delivering measurable, impactful results.
- Mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise in campaign execution and client management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive digital marketing experience (agency, CRO, or consultancy experience a plus!).
- Hands-on expertise with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Strong skills in lead generation, audience targeting, and conversion optimisation.
- Project management experience, with a focus on budgets, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Experience in healthcare marketing or clinical trial recruitment
- A data-driven mindset, able to adjust strategies for better ROI.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder communication skills.
