Product Manager - AI Marketing Software

Omnibound (www.omnibound.ai) is an Agentic AI platform for marketers to collect, prioritize and execute on real-time feedback. We are an early-stage company based in the US started by serial successful entrepreneurs who have created enterprise scale products partnering with SAP and Microsoft with a very successful exit in the past venture. We are looking for a Product Manager/Sr. Business Analyst who will be responsible for helping define and document the product requirements of the Omnibound Agentic AI platform. This person should have experience in building Marketing (Martech) SaaS applications from scratch as well as some AI software product management experience that can scale to a large number of users and is a self-starter who likes to experiment and work in early-stage environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the Omnibound AI Marketing platform
• Conduct market research to identify user need for the platform
• Prioritize product opportunities and requirements
• Write requirements and specifications for the product
• Clearly communicate goals and requirements of the product
• Lead and participate in planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on direction of products
• Demonstrate functionality of completed products to internal team members and potential customers
• Develop metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, solutions, and company offerings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, technical degree preferred
• 2+ years of product management or software business analysis
• Experience with product management for software and tech products
• Experience with SaaS marketing technology products is ESSENTIAL
• Experience in AI based products necessary (must understand LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, generative AI, co-pilot use cases for software)
• Experience in working with US based teams (internal or customer facing) a big plus
• Experience working directly with designers to design and iterate on products
• Technology experience whether in front-end or back-end development a big plus (but not essential) to understand specific technical needs
• Ability to be creative, strategic, analytical, and think outside the box to solve problems
• Strong project management and time management skills
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills
