We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer – Senior Associate Level 1 to join our growing product engineering team at [RMgX Technologies].

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end product design, interaction design, prototyping, and scalable design systems. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and business teams to create intuitive and high-impact user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for complex digital products

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs

• Design and maintain scalable design systems

• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine requirements

• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design best practices

Required Skills

4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience

Strong expertise in:

* Figma

* Adobe XD

• Experience with prototyping and micro-interactions

• Strong understanding of UX principles and interaction design

• Experience in design systems and dashboard/data visualization design

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or related discipline

• Experience working on SaaS or enterprise products

• Strong collaboration and communication skills
