The Role: Architect of an AI-Ready Future

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives in complexity and is passionate about building systems that are not only intuitive for users but are also intelligent blueprints for our technology. This is more than a typical design role; it's an opportunity to architect a design system that will power a next-generation, AI-augmented development workflow.

You will be a key player in solving multi-layered design problems at scale, working end-to-end to create solutions that are both beautifully crafted and programmatically sound. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to build the foundation of an advanced Agentic Design System workflow, where your designs become the direct, machine-readable source of truth that guides automated code generation and verification.

What You Will Do

• Lead the Human-centered Design Process: Own and facilitate the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research to validation and delivery, preparing all necessary artifacts (e.g., user flows, journey maps, wireframes).
• Conduct Foundational Research: Plan and lead user and stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and data-driven iteration to ensure our solutions are grounded in real-world needs.
• Translate Complexity into Clarity: Lead the design of complex ERP workflows, transforming them into clear, usable, and engaging interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
• Engineer a World-Class Design System: Design, build, and maintain a scalable, multi-tiered design system in Figma. This includes architecting a semantic variable structure (primitives, semantics, and component-specific tokens) that ensures consistency and provides clear, machine-readable intent for our AI agents.
• Master Component Construction: Build Figma components with meticulous attention to structure, using variants, booleans, and semantic layer naming to create a direct, one-to-one mapping with our production code components.
• Bridge Design and Engineering: Collaborate closely with developers to establish and refine our "design-intent-to-code" pipeline. You will be the key design partner in grounding our AI agents by using tools like Code Connect to create an unimpeachable source of truth.
• Present and Validate Solutions: Clearly articulate design rationale, present proposed solutions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and iterate based on feedback to ensure alignment and buy-in.
• Champion Accessibility and Inclusivity: Ensure all designs meet the highest accessibility standards (WCAG) and are built with a global, diverse user base in mind.
• Communicate with Impact: Clearly articulate design rationale, facilitate constructive design discussions, and foster a culture of craft, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.

What You Will Bring

• Proven Experience: 6+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio that showcases deep systems thinking, complex problem-solving, and high-quality UI/UX work in SaaS or enterprise applications.
• Figma Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including a deep, practical understanding of Auto Layout, multi-tiered variable architecture, component properties, and design tokens. You don't just use these features; you understand how to structure them for programmatic consumption.
• A Systems-First Mindset: Demonstrable experience building and maintaining scalable design systems. You see the design file not just as a visual artifact, but as a structured dataset that powers an entire development ecosystem.
• Technical Acumen: You are comfortable speaking the language of developers and understand the fundamentals of frontend frameworks (like React). You are excited by the challenge of making your designs as developer-friendly and machine-readable as possible.
