The Role
Own high-intent lead gen across Google Ads (and Microsoft Ads where useful). You’ll audit, build, and scale campaigns that turn searches into booked appointments. You’ll collaborate with our SEO, creative, and operations teams—but you won’t need someone hovering over you.
What You’ll Do
Build/optimize search, PMax, and local campaigns with airtight structure, negatives, and geo/device strategy
Write and test ad copy & extensions; align ads → landing pages → tracking
Manage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies (tCPA/tROAS/manual when needed)
Implement GA4 + GTM + call tracking + offline conversions (booked appt)
Report with insights, not fluff: CPL, CVR, ROAS, Lost IS, booked-call rate
Partner with CRO to improve Unbounce/Instapage funnels
What You’ve Done
2–5+ years in SEM for local lead gen (healthcare/aesthetics a big plus)
Proven CPL/ROAS wins; show us before/after data
Fluent in Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, CallRail/WhatConverts
Comfortable working independently, hitting deadlines, and communicating clearly
How We Work
Remote, async-friendly, US time zones preferred (AZ/Phoenix is a plus)

No micromanagement; clear goals, fast feedback, real ownership
