Role Overview
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who can design engaging community experiences, not just interfaces.
Your job is to design how users:
- Talk
- Interact
- Participate
- Collaborate
Responsibilities
- Design UX flows for:
- Community forums & discussions
- Real-time chat rooms
- User profiles & social features
- Collaboration spaces
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
- Build intuitive interaction patterns (threads, replies, mentions, reactions)
- Ensure seamless navigation between content and community
- Contribute to product thinking and user engagement strategy
Requirements
- Proven experience in UX/UI design (3+ years preferred)
- Experience designing social platforms, communities, or network-based products
- Strong skills in:
- Figma (or similar tools)
- Information architecture
- Interaction design
- Understanding of user engagement and retention in social products
- Ability to design scalable systems, not just screens
Nice to Have
- Experience with chat systems or real-time UX
- Background in AI, startups, or digital communities
- Familiarity with gamification (badges, reputation, etc.)
