Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, creative, and reliable expert who possesses the ability to think creatively, execute full-stack digital strategies, and collaborate effectively with others.

As a fast-paced and challenging position, this role requires a well-rounded set of performance marketing skills, including proficiency in paid search, paid social, email marketing, SEO, content creation, and automation. You will be responsible for strategizing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns for our partners.

Responsibilities

  • Be the marketing leader between partners and our internal team.
  • Lead and own the marketing strategy and execution for assigned partners
  • Be tactically excellent across Google Ads, social advertising, and remarketing
  • Execute full-stack digital campaigns — SEO, paid media, email, content, and analytics
  • Guide partners through the OM Convert Framework™ to drive measurable new patient growth
  • Drive a quarterly strategic workflow with assigned partners.
  • Regularly report/realign on digital marketing KPIs and effectively inform partners what they mean.
  • Guide and educate partners on their core marketing tech stack and systems.
  • Develop systems and processes that enable OM to scale with partner growth.
  • Communicate regularly with OM marketing leadership on the following:
  • Partner success/challenges.
  • Team success/challenges.
  • Cutting-edge marketing solutions, tools, and best practices which allow us to stay at the forefront of our industry.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, PPC, and Inbound Marketing. Preferably in B2C and Healthcare marketing roles.
  • Knowledge of analytics, conversion rate optimization, and paid digital strategies.
  • Knowledge of search engines, paid social platforms, and content marketing strategies.

Soft Skills:

  • Experience coaching and leading projects.
  • Must possess a strong vision for effective digital marketing.
  • Ability to take initiative, employ good judgment, and manage projects from start to finish.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow with our collaborative team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
