Digital Marketing Manager

Are you a performance marketer who enjoys both setting the direction and getting hands-on with the campaigns behind the numbers?

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Online Marketing team and drive digital acquisition performance across our regulated iGaming markets.

This is a role for someone who wants to own the outcome, not just the activity. You’ll manage paid acquisition channels end-to-end – from strategy, budgets and campaign execution to tracking, optimization and performance analysis. You’ll understand what is driving acquisition performance and why, know when to challenge an agency or adjust the plan, and be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to solve issues yourself.

📍 Location: Flexible - this role can be based in Tallinn or worked remotely.

What will you be doing?

• Own digital acquisition strategy and performance across assigned markets.
• Manage paid acquisition channels hands-on, including setup, tracking, execution and optimization.
• Plan and manage budgets against key KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, registrations and FTDs.
• Proactively monitor performance, identify gaps and turn data into optimization actions.
• Coordinate local teams, agencies and partners, setting clear expectations and KPIs.
• Collaborate across CRM, Product and Content while ensuring activities meet regulatory and compliance requirements.

Does it sound like you?

• 3+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing, including hands-on paid acquisition experience.
• Previous experience with a regulated sportsbook and/or casino operator is required.
• Practical experience with GA4, AppsFlyer, Tableau or equivalent, including tracking and attribution setup.
• Strong understanding of acquisition metrics, campaign optimization and budget management.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into actions and decisions.
• A proactive, ownership-driven approach – you identify and solve issues without waiting to be prompted.
• Experience across multiple markets, external agencies, affiliate/partnership channels or other regulated environments is a plus.
