About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Developer to join our team. This role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, working on complex web applications and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable web applications using modern frameworks and best practices
• Lead technical architecture discussions and make key decisions on technology stack
• Review code and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices within the team
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver high-quality solutions
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional web development experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)
• Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Ruby on Rails, Go, or similar)
• Deep understanding of web fundamentals (HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong knowledge of database design and optimization
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of security best practices
• Experience with agile development methodologies
