Description

Developer Marketing Manager, Okoora Build

Okoora is looking for a Developer Marketing Manager to build the audience, community, adoption, and global growth engine around Okoora Build.

Okoora Build enables developers, founders, product teams, and builders to create financial products and capabilities on top of Okoora’s infrastructure.

Your mission will be to help developers discover what they can build, start creating quickly, reach meaningful results, share what they build, and return to build more.

This is a hands-on Individual Contributor role that combines developer marketing, product-led growth, technical content, launches, community, experimentation, and product adoption.

What You Will Do

  • Define and execute the developer marketing strategy for Okoora Build
  • Identify the strongest developer, founder, product, and builder audiences
  • Plan and execute product, feature, and community launches
  • Create tutorials, demos, templates, guides, videos, walkthroughs, and use cases
  • Build programs across GitHub, Hacker News, Reddit, X, LinkedIn, developer communities, and relevant technical platforms
  • Develop relationships with developers, creators, technical influencers, founders, and community leaders
  • Create hackathons, workshops, meetups, build challenges, and live build sessions
  • Work closely with Product and Development to improve messaging, onboarding, activation, and adoption
  • Identify where users stop and improve time-to-first-build
  • Build growth loops that encourage users to return, share, publish, and invite others
  • Use AI daily for research, content creation, campaign development, experimentation, production, and analysis
  • Measure success through acquisition, activation, builds created, retention, sharing, community growth, product adoption, and commercial progression

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in developer marketing, developer growth, technical product marketing, Developer Relations, community-led growth, or product-led growth
  • Experience marketing APIs, developer tools, infrastructure, platforms, cloud products, fintech products, or technical software
  • Strong understanding of developer audiences and technical adoption journeys
  • Experience with product launches and technical content
  • Experience working directly with Product and Development teams
  • Understanding of product funnels, activation, retention, and adoption
  • The ability to explain complex technical capabilities clearly and credibly
  • Strong English writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Practical experience using AI tools as part of your daily work
  • A highly creative, curious, energetic, and hands-on approach
  • The ability to work independently without relying on a large team

Experience in developer tools, API platforms, cloud infrastructure, AI platforms, low-code or no-code, open source, fintech infrastructure, payments APIs, embedded finance, or PLG is a strong advantage.

A technical background is valuable, but this is a marketing role. We are looking for someone who understands technology deeply enough to market it credibly and turn attention into product usage and growth.

📍 Israel or Remote within EMEA

🕒 Full-time

✈️ Travel may include Israel, developer events, conferences, hackathons, and community activities

The role reports directly to Okoora’s Founder and CEO and works closely with Product and Development.

If you are a creative, hands-on developer marketer who knows how to turn technical products into launches, communities, adoption, and real usage, we would love to meet you.
