Oho is an Australian workforce compliance platform that continuously monitors workforce suitability credentials in care and community organisations. We help teams responsible vulnerable communities stay on top of rostering people with Working with Children Checks, NDIS Worker Screening, and other regulatory requirements, so they can focus on enabling quality care and support at the front line.
The Opportunity
We’re launching a brand-new version of our platform, and we need someone brilliant to lead the migration of our entire customer base to the new experience. This isn’t a “sit in the background and update spreadsheets” kind of PM role. You’ll be front and centre with our customers, building confidence, driving adoption, and making sure every organisation lands smoothly on the new platform.
Reporting directly to our CEO, you’ll work closely with engineering, product, and customer teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver migrations on time and with care. You’ll own the communication, the sequencing, the risk calls, and ultimately the experience our customers have through this transition.
