Senior Frontend TypeScript Software Engineer required to join a fast-growing ClimateTech start-up transforming how cities and utilities manage energy and infrastructure. You’ll play a key role in building and evolving a modern front-end platform using TypeScript, working closely with a talented team to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. This is a hands-on position with real impact, where you’ll help shape best practices in a TypeScript-driven environment as the platform grows.

What you’ll do:

• Contribute to front-end architecture improvements in TypeScript
• Build and enhance complex, real-time dashboards and data visualisations using TypeScript
• Develop scalable, reusable components with React and TypeScript
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product teams in a TypeScript codebase
• Support improvements to performance, reliability, and user experience

About you:

• 4+ years’ experience in frontend development
• Deep expertise in React and TypeScript
• Solid understanding of state management and modern frontend architecture in TypeScript applications
• Experience building high-performance, data-driven user interfaces with TypeScript
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Nice to have:

• Experience with geospatial or data visualisation tools alongside TypeScript
• Exposure to WebGL, DeckGL, or similar technologies
• Familiarity with micro-frontend architecture using TypeScript
• Interest in ClimateTech, sustainability, or mission-driven products
