Looking for an experienced Frontend Engineer with Hands-On Leadership experience to manage a team of Software Engineers in an established Scale-Up. This is an opportunity to play a key role in the growth of an exciting Start-Up, backed by Industry Leading Investors. You will provide hands-on technical leadership to the team of frontend engineers and lead them to build high level web applications and sophisticated data visualisations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of frontend engineers, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Work cross-functionally with UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to build intuitive and visually compelling applications.
• Advocate for best practices in frontend engineering, including automated testing and performance optimization.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience leading technical teams, with strong management and communication skills
• 5+ years of experience in developing and designing high-performance React applications.
• Proven expertise in data visualization using libraries like Chart.js or D3.js.
