Junior Product Designer (f/m/d)

What To Expect

• Design product experiences and interfaces across web and digital platforms, from early concepts to shippable detail.
• Work within and contribute to design systems — components, tokens, patterns — keeping consistency across products and brands.
• Use AI tools throughout your process: research synthesis, ideation, rapid prototyping, content and asset generation.
• Collaborate directly with strategists, creatives and engineers as one team, not across a handoff.
• Present and defend your design decisions to peers and clients with clear reasoning.
• Take ownership of your work end to end, from brief to launch.

Your competencies

• 0–2 years of experience in product, UI or UX design (internships, freelance or junior roles all count) with a portfolio that shows real thinking, not just polish.
• Strong fundamentals in visual and interaction design: layout, typography, hierarchy, colour.
• Confident in Figma, including components, variants and basic token/variable usage.
• Experience in AI (coding, generative images, workflow optimization)
• Genuine interest in AI tools for design and product work, and a willingness to learn new ones fast.
• Curiosity about design systems and how they scale across products and teams.
• Good written and spoken in English and German.
• Based in Germany or the Czech Republic (required).
