Outside GC (OGC) is the leading provider of on-demand, senior in-house legal counsel for growing businesses. We offer practical, business-oriented legal solutions on a flexible, cost-effective basis—helping companies navigate their legal needs without the overhead of a full-time, in-house legal team. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Director to lead and execute our marketing function. This is a fully remote position.
About the Role
As the Marketing Director, you will own the entire marketing function—building and executing strategies that elevate OGC's brand, drive revenue growth, and enhance client retention. You will work closely with the executive team and attorneys, ensuring our marketing efforts align with business goals. This role requires a hands-on leader who is both strategic and tactical, capable of rolling up their sleeves to execute campaigns while also guiding high-level initiatives.

_OGC anticipates the base salary to range from $120,000 to $140,000 and will depend on current market data and the candidate's qualifications for the role, including education and experience. The compensation described above is subject to change and could be higher or lower than the range described based on several factors.
