$65,000 - $80,000/year

LOCATION

Must be based in or easily accessible to NYC or LA. This role will be fully remote with the possibility of attending client meetings, events, and photoshoots in person.

JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Digital Account Executive / Digital Account Executive will be responsible for supporting the influencer relations team. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Influencer Relations.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities will include:

• Spearheading the creation of influencer seeding lists
• Vetting influencer targets for organic seeding and paid partnerships, considering the brand’s objectives
• Vetting content creator targets for organic seeding and paid partnerships, considering the brand’s content creation needs
• Leading outreach and follow-up for influencer gifting
• Assisting in outreach, coordination, and execution of paid influencer/content creator partnerships
• Supporting on Trend.io content creator campaigns
• Supporting on ShopMy affiliate gifting campaigns
• Keeping the Lefty reporting platform up to date
• Working with the team on monthly, quarterly, and campaign influencer reports across clients
• Monitoring key performance indicators to identify placements that are successful for clients on platforms such as Lefty, ShopMy, Aspire, and Google Analytics
• Creating call agendas and recaps for client calls
• Handling daily influencer monitoring and clipping
• Keeping the master lists up-to-date, as well as staying knowledgeable of up & coming beauty trends, influencers, and shifts in the landscape
• Reading daily industry updates and sharing industry news recaps with the agency and clients where relevant
• Supporting the influencer team with day-to-day activities and client relations
• Working closely with the social media team on content creation needs

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Existing relationships with relevant influencers & content creators in the beauty and lifestyle space
• Expert in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Slack
• Experience with influencer marketing platforms
• Strong knowledge and passion of the influencer and social media space, particularly on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• College Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of two years experience in influencer relations, ideally in an agency environment and with beauty brands
