Role Summary
We’re seeking a performance-focused Social Media Specialist with proven experience across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Twitter/X to drive awareness, traffic, and engagement. You will be responsible for managing daily content output, coordinating paid ad execution with our media team, and scaling social reach and conversions through smart, on-brand content.
Key Responsibilities
Meta(Facebook+Instagram)
- Create and publish daily organic content (Reels, carousels, Stories)
- Collaborate with media team on ad creatives and A/B testing strategies
- Monitor engagement, test paid vs organic messaging themes
- Optimize retargeting audiences (email openers, website visitors, funded accounts)
Twitter/X
- Run daily posts including memes, reels, stories, trader psychology quotes, and brand comparisons
- Launch and grow engagement threads (e.g., “Top Funded Trades This Week”)
- Monitor trader conversations and trending hashtags for reactive content
- Test post formats (polls, threads, quote tweets) to drive CTR
Community + Reporting
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and brand mentions
- Track and report platform performance weekly (CTR, engagement rate, conversions)
- Suggest content improvements and campaign ideas based on real-time feedback
- Conduct detailed analyses of competitors' social media formats and strategies across platforms to identify innovative trends and formats to test.
- Regularly benchmark OFP Funding’s performance against competitors to ensure competitive positioning.
Requirements
- 3+ years managing Meta and Twitter social media in fintech, trading, or SaaS
- Strong design sense and basic editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools)
- Experience writing short-form copy for high-conversion posts
- Proficient in Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Analytics
- Strong understanding of trading lingo, trader psychology, and retail finance culture
- Fluent in KPI reporting, A/B testing, and funnel-aware social strategy
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Willingness to self-record short video or audio content for social media use.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.

- Prior campaign results that drove funded accounts or sign-ups
