Role Summary
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to lead the development of creative assets across all marketing channels, with a strong focus on performance-driven social media design, visual storytelling, and brand consistency. You’ll collaborate closely with content and performance teams to ensure every design delivers measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-conversion visuals for social (IG, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube)
- Own design templates for carousels, testimonials, scaling offers, trader spotlights
- Design ad creatives for Meta, YouTube, and programmatic placements
- Maintain and evolve OFP’s visual branding guidelines
- Create assets for email marketing, landing pages, and affiliate banners
- Collaborate with junior designer and content/video teams
- Support light motion design needs (basic animation for social/video if possible)
Requirements
- 3+ years in graphic design, with experience in fintech, trading, SaaS, or high-growth startups
- Advanced in Adobe Suite, Figma, and design-to-performance workflows
- Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, contrast, UX for social
- Able to interpret brand tone and apply it across diverse formats
- Portfolio that includes paid ad visuals, social content, and product-facing work
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-iterate creative environment
- Fluent English is mandatory — spoken and written
Bonus Points
- Experience designing for prop firms, brokers, or Web3/DeFi brands
- Basic After Effects or CapCut motion skills for animation
- Understanding of copy/design dynamics in ad performance
