What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a marketing leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments. You should be able to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution and have a deep understanding of performance marketing in regulated industries.

Essential Requirements:

8+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital strategy, preferably in prop trading, fintech, or brokerage firms;
Expertise in customer acquisition strategies across paid media, SEO, organic, and affiliate marketing;
Proven experience managing million-dollar marketing budgets.
Deep knowledge of advertising compliance and regulatory challenges in trading services;
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience scaling marketing efforts through OKRs and KPIs;
Hands-on experience in building and leading marketing teams, optimizing workflows, and setting clear success metrics.

Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership-driven attitude;
Highly adaptable, capable of executing growth strategies in volatile markets;
Strong communication and leadership skills, fostering collaboration across departments;
