Marketing Specialist
Job Description:
- Plan, coordinate and deliver simultaneous content for multiple platforms, including email, Telegram, Discord, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok on a daily basis.
- Develop a content calendar with regular weekly posts for all platforms as well as special and sales
- Coordinate with the management and Sales Team to ensure those posts are developed and posted on
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design and development/data to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing initiatives.
- Utilise data analysis and reporting to enhance marketing planning, strategy and
- Utilise software such as HubSpot, PostHog, Google Search Console, Social Media Analytics & Google Analytics for reporting, marketing campaigns, trigger marketing, A/B testing, etc.
- Communicate and report on a regular basis to management regarding the required information/resources, status of marketing campaigns, website and social media
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand the market
- Identify competitor differentiation, pricing strategies,
- Stay updated with the latest relevant marketing trends, technologies, industry developments, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or any related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position or operation of social media pages/campaigns.
- Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
- Experience with Google and Meta advertising is a plus.
- Background in Finance and understanding of the financial market and global economic system is a plus.
- Knowledge of using various analytics tools (A/B testing and optimization).
- Knowledge of using various social media platforms.
- Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Ability to work independently and formulate content with minimal supervision.
- Strong coordination skills working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
