Java Engineer

Job Description:

• Develop and implement new features based on product requirements, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
• Write efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to coding standards.
• Complete system and database design in alignment with company standards.
• Write relevant technical documentation as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues that arise within projects, focusing on system performance optimization.
• Regularly summarize and share experiences and results gained from work.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience in the finance sector or with large internet companies is a plus.
• Experience in JVM performance tuning is a plus.
• Proficiency in Java programming.
• Proficiency in MySQL; strong SQL writing and optimization skills.
• Good understanding of JVM principles.
• Familiarity with popular open-source frameworks, such as Spring Boot, MyBatis, Spring Cloud, and Dubbo.
• Knowledge of database design and development.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Cantonese is a plus.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
